I have a Windows computer. What type of software do I need to read the e-Book?

Once you open the book, the software will automatically be installed and you will be able to read the book on your computer.  If you have any problems, feel free to contact us.

I have a MAC, can I view the e-Book?

At the time of download you will be presented with an option to download a version compatible with your computer.

Do I need the Bookstack software for the e-Book?

No, this is optional software.

How will I receive my e-Book?

Once you purchase the e-Book, you will receive an email with a link that will enable you to download the e-Book.

What if I can not open the e-Book on my computer?

Just contact us Band we will trouble shoot your problem or send you a copy that is compatible with your computer.

Can I print or save the e-Book?

The e-Book will be saved on your computer and is only for you to view.

How will my order be shipped?

USPS media mail.

What are the shipping and handling fees?

For e-Book and the Monthly Bulletin, there are no shipping and handling fees.

For paper book, shipping in U.S. is US$2.50 for the first copy and $1.50 every additional copy.

What is a bundle?

A bundle consists of both a paper copy of the book and a e-Book for only $14.95.

What happens when I order the bundle?

You will receive an email with a link to download the e-Book as well as an email confirmation when the paper copy is shipped.

What if I purchase the e-Book and I am not satisfied with it?

No problem. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will fully refund you.

What if I purchase the hard copy and I am not satisfied with it?

No problem. Contact us within 7 days after you have received the hard copy of the book and we will refund your money minus shipping and handling.
